Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and Oklahoma CNA certification.
• Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days).
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of patient, including pediatric, geriatric and general patient population.
• Assists with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provides personal care to help patients with daily living activities and maintain safety.
• Ensures patient rooms are clean and adheres to infection prevention procedures.
• Documents in line with standards and communicates with nursing staff.
