Avem Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Oklahoma team. You will assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care under supervision to support acute care needs.

You will help with admissions, transfers, and routine care while maintaining a clean, safe environment and following infection prevention practices. Strong communication with nurses and staff is essential for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 30 days.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support patient hygiene, dressing, eating, continence, and mobility needs.
• Maintain patient environments that are clean and safe, and prevent injuries.
• Document care and communicate changes to nursing staff during rounds.
