Qualifications

• CNA certification or enrollment in nursing program with clinical rotations.
• CPR/BLS recognition forHealthcare Providers.
• Annual Health & Safety Training with 90%+ result.
• Capillary blood glucose monitoring competency.
• High school diploma required; some college/nursing education preferred.
• Relevant health-care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Takes and records vital signs for adults and neonates.
• Performs phlebotomy and basic specimen collection.
• Responds to patient call lights and emergency situations.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and unit readiness.
• Transports patients and equipment as needed.
