Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrollment in ASN/BSN program preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides, obtains or performs and documents direct patient care and activities (ADLs, vitals, I&O, feeding, mobility).
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives and bedside rounds.
• Documents vital signs, weights, I&O, and treatments; communicates changes to nursing staff.
• Performs unit activities such as supply stocking and equipment cleaning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
