Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Completion of a PCT/CNA/MA program or nursing program or HMH PCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background.
• Experience or willingness to participate in HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-specific criteria and safety guidelines.
• Communicate patient status with nursing staff and care team.
• Initiate actions to improve patient outcomes and care quality.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary planning from admission to discharge.
• Support unit PI activities and continuous improvement efforts.
• Note: base pay may vary by policy and market factors.
