Qualifications

• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• No prior experience required; Mercy provides a 175-hour training program to meet state requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks.
• Work cooperatively with the care team to support patient wellness goals.
• Participate in orientation and training as part of the new hire process.
