Job summary

Mercy in Springfield, MO is seeking a patient care assistant to assist in individualized patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN. You will work as part of a caring team, performing designated clinical procedures and essential non-clinical tasks to support patient wellness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/CPTC or enrollment in healthcare program encouraged
• No prior experience required
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs; stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities
