Responsibilities

• Collect observed urine samples and document in the medical record system.
• Schedule patient appointments and ensure timely coordination.
• Take and record vital signs and gather essential patient information.
• Answer phone calls, assist patients, and provide directions as needed.
• Register patients into the clinic system and manage documentation.
• Enter patient data into the EHR and maintain updated files.
• Assist with clinic upkeep, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
• Relay information between patients and medical staff for smooth care.
• Provide patient-centered service and direct inquiries to appropriate services.
• Demonstrate de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and safety protocols to protect confidentiality.
