Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience helpful.
• Willingness to learn in addiction treatment setting.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Collect Urine Drug Screens and document in medical records.
• Schedule patient appointments with timely accuracy.
• Take and record vital signs and gather essential patient information.
• Answer phone calls, assist patients with inquiries, provide directions.
• Register patients into the clinic system and ensure documentation is complete.
• Input patient data into the clinic’s EHR system and maintain files.
• Assist with clinic maintenance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
• Relay information between patients and medical staff for smooth care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered service and assistance.
• Demonstrate de-escalation skills and crisis intervention when needed.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA and safety protocols for confidentiality and safety.
