Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors by name, in person or on the phone.
• Check in/out and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain patient accounts with accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate with pre-cert team for daily patient orders.
• Track and follow up on cancellations and no-shows.
• Perform daily audit of tasks assigned and ensure EMR accuracy.
