Job summary

Ortho Sport and Spine Physicians is seeking a Customer-Focused Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, schedule appointments, and check patients in and out while maximizing satisfaction and efficient use of treatment rooms.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a caring demeanor, and at least 1 year of medical front desk experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or higher degree preferred.
• 1 year medical front desk experience.
• Customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and answer inquiries.
• Check in/out patients and optimize room utilization.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate with pre-cert team and referrals.
• Ensure accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with billing and follow-up tasks.
