Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and care of the patient environment.
• Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Document care delivered in the patient’s EMR.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient confidentiality.
• Support life enrichment activities and patient engagement.
