Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recognize and respond to patient and family needs and changes in condition.
• Adhere to Safe Patient Handling practices and maintain a no manual lift environment.
• Document care in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Participate in daily report, rounds, and care planning meetings.
