Job summary

You will work closely with registered nurses, perform vital signs, assist with procedures such as blood glucose testing, venipuncture, EKG, and ensure accurate documentation. This role emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certificate or equivalent in medical assisting/patient care with venipuncture and EKG skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare team.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with patient care activities and daily living tasks.
• Record vital signs and assist with clinical procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and assist with transport/delivery of items.
• Support dietary, discharge, and paperwork processes as needed.
