Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Network in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support daily living activities and care for patients under licensed supervision. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and have opportunities for mentorship and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• BLS CMA EMT-P certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of patient care experience preferred.
• Strong patient service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care duties and document vitals and procedures in the EHR.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport.
• Support feeding and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians and maintain a safe environment.
