Responsibilities include assisting with clinical tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and helping orient patients and families to the hospital environment

Qualifications

• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Clinical tasks as delegated by RN and adherence to confidentiality.
• EDUCATION: High School Diploma required
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0 - 1 Years of Experience Required.
• LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Required

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines.
• Leadership & Accountability: Demonstrate effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.
• Environment and Safety: Ensure patient and unit safety.
• Comfort: Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy.
• Communication: Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout hospitalization.
