Responsibilities

• Clinical: Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines. Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Leadership & Accountability: Demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.
• Environment and Safety: Ensure patient and unit safety.
• Comfort: Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy.
• Communication: Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout the hospitalization process
