Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–1 years of experience required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical tasks assigned by the RN per Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.
• Ensure patient and unit safety.
• Provide patient comfort and hygiene and document according to policy.
• Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout hospitalization.
