Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join the interdisciplinary care team on the night shift. This role supports clinical functions under an RN, helping to promote a safe and compassionate patient environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, BLS, and 1–2 years of healthcare experience; LNA certification in NH is preferred. The position offers 32 hours per week with nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• LNA certification (NH) preferred.
• Healthcare experience 1–2 years required.
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in crisis situations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Typing skills and computer experience.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport patients safely per Safe Patient Handling Guidelines.
