Job summary

Mayo Clinic is hiring Nursing Assistants to support patients across inpatient units including Med Surg, Float Pool, PCU and ICU, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding patient- and family-centered care. The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and BLS during orientation; part-time shifts include days, evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task under stressful situations.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate, collaborate and manage relationships with interdisciplinary members while maintaining patient/family centeredness and safety in a timely, efficient and equitable manner.
• Keyboard experience preferred.

Responsibilities
