Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus is seeking a caregiver for the H71 Digestive Disease General Surgery Unit. You will assist with patient care under an RN, monitor vital signs, help with activities of daily living, and transport patients as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification; nursing students may participate. Weekend and holiday rotations are included, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross (must obtain if not held).
• Nursing students require BLS as well.
• Military experience in HM/68W/4N0X1 will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under supervision of an RN. Tasks may include vital signs, ADLs, transfers, and monitoring devices.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in patient conditions to an RN.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
