Qualifications

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic; or
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with HS diploma or equivalent with 1 year of patient care experience preferred; or
• Nursing student enrolled in approved program; or
• Current employees who completed nursing or LPN program awaiting NCLEX; or
• Current employees who completed nursing/LPN program and awaiting/failed NCLEX; or
• CNAs in CNA training with instructor recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with routine procedures under supervision.
• Provide nursing support to help achieve quality patient care.
• Support patient advocacy and innovative patient care in a collaborative environment.
