Responsibilities include basic hygiene, vital signs, documentation, and support tasks to ensure comfort and safety for patients across ages. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred PA Nursing Assistant Certification and 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience or enrollment in a health-related program with patient care skills.
• Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care including hygiene, comfort, safety, nutrition and elimination.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, glucose monitoring as assigned.
• Communicate patient information to the nurse and document tasks.
• Assist with patient admissions, rounds, and respond to call lights.
• Restock supplies and maintain unit cleanliness and equipment.
• Transport patients and perform courier duties within the department.
