Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, intake and output measurements.
• Perform EKG, glucometry, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
• Document all assigned responsibilities and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Support patient comfort, safety and satisfaction; assist in orienting new staff.
• Float to different units as needed and maintain unit supplies and equipment checks.
