Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, intake and output measurements.
• Perform EKGs and glucometry as assigned.
• Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Document all activities and communicate changes in patient conditions.
• Assist in patient mobilization and ensure comfort and safety.

Skills
