Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program or current nursing program enrollment; foreign-trained RN without MI license or Medical Assistant program or 1 year NA-related experience.
• BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation.
• CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific patient care duties to meet safety and comfort needs.
• Provide input to assist the RN in planning and implementing patient care.
