Qualifications

• Experience in patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple systems to ensure quick and accurate check-in.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information in a fast-paced setting.
• Provide cost estimates and collect co-pays while verifying insurance.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays.
