Job summary

Viability is seeking a part-time Van Driver in Springfield, MA to transport members with disabilities to work and day programs. You will ensure the vehicle is safe, complete required paperwork, and provide courteous service to passengers.

Hours are 25 per week (Mon-Fri, roughly 6:30 AM–9:00 AM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM) with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is included and full-time staff benefits apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a good driving record
• Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting and driver history record required

Responsibilities

• Transport Viability members with disabilities to work and day programs.
• Ensure vehicle is safe, complete required paperwork, and demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers
