Job summary

Viability Inc. seeks a part-time DDS Van Driver in West Springfield, MA to transport members to work and day programs. You will ensure the vehicle is safe, complete required paperwork, and treat passengers with courtesy and respect.

The role pays $22.00 per hour for 20 hours per week, with a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after first week of training and $250 after 90 days). Benefits include health/dental/vision, FSA, disability insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School/GED requirement.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a good driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting and driver history record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to Viability members to help them get to work and day programs.
• Ensure vehicle is safe and in good working order; complete required paperwork.
• Demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and customers.
