Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Wisconsin is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables with care.

Sanitation certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days is required. Availability for weekend and holiday rotations and part-time shifts is emphasized to support a friendly, team-driven dining services team.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders and seat residents and guests.
• Deliver meals and assist residents as needed, clearing tables promptly.
• Help with general cleaning, dishes, and basic food preparation.
• Contribute to an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests.
