Job summary

One You Love Home Care is seeking dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults in clients' homes across Polk County, Florida. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, and companionship while following individualized care plans.

We offer competitive pay of $15.00–$20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement with ongoing training and development to support our care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license or Home Health Aide certification.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Alzheimer's and Dementia training.
• HIV/AIDS training.
• OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Preparing meals and ensuring hydration
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands and transportation as needed
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Follow client care plans and agency policies
• Observe and report changes to the office
• Complete shift documentation accurately
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
