Assisting Hands of Polk County is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist seniors at home across Polk, Highlands and Hillsborough counties. Build a flexible schedule with day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts, and receive weekly pay as a W-2 employee.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and client transport while ensuring safety and respect. CPR/BLS certification and a valid Driver License are required, along with Florida background screening.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation.
• Valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to pass Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands or transport clients when needed.
