Job summary

Senior Helpers of Polk County in Lakeland, FL is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. You will support daily activities, monitor health, and build trusting relationships with clients in a respectful, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, home care, and personal care.
• Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion.
• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.
• 1+ year of experience providing personal care in a home or facility setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance.
• CPR certification.
• CNA, HHA, or similar certification (a plus).
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift or similar equipment (beneficial).
