Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare-certified home health provider, seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our award-winning team on a PRN basis. Be part of a company delivering compassionate home care to thousands of patients across Florida daily.

You will work under the OT to support care plans, perform client evaluations, educate families, and document progress while maintaining high clinical standards and timely reassessments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Six months to one year of Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in evaluation and development of the plan of care.
• Record daily progress notes and assist in discharge planning.
• Instruct clients and families on exercises and self-care activities.
• Coordinate visits and participate in staff meetings.
