Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/update treatment plans with goals and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate care plans.
• Implement OT treatment plans and select activities to progress toward goals.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions.
• Document evaluation and plan of care per departmental guidelines and complete required documentation.
