Qualifications

• NC licensure as Occupational Therapist required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outpatient or skilled experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living and functional activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Support a positive and encouraging clinical environment aligned with our Christ-centered mission.
