Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in North Carolina. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to patients on the unit, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment plans.

You will work with a supportive team using advanced technology, with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
