Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Winston-Salem. You will deliver direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful recoveries for patients.

We value compassionate care, ongoing learning, and the power of small victories. A current OT license and CPR certification are required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with Bachelor’s plus experience also considered.

Qualifications

• Current OT license required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
