Job summary

St. Elizabeth's Home Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team on a PRN basis. The OTA will work with the OT and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

The role requires an AAS in OTA, active OTA license, CPR/BLS, 1 year of clinical OTA experience, and a valid driver's license, with adherence to laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.
