Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to support home health patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The OTA will plan, implement, and evaluate therapy services in patients’ homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

The position is PRN, requiring an active OTA license in the state of practice, current CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in OTA or related field.
• Active OTA license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1 year OTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the St. Elizabeth's Home Health team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
