Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care and the supervising OT guidance.
• Follow plan of care and provide evidence-based treatment within scope.
• Observe, record and report patient responses to treatment to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Instruct patient, family and care team in therapy areas within scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home settings and with varied client backgrounds.
