Qualifications

• Knowledge of eyewear products and lens options is an asset.
• Familiarity with vision insurance plans and billing procedures preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and practice management software experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a comfortable, supportive environment.
• Explain eyewear options, insurance benefits, and care instructions clearly.
• Assist with selecting frames and lenses to meet needs and budget.
• Take PD, segment height, and other measurements accurately.
• Process orders, payments, and maintain records with confidentiality.
• Maintain organized showroom and assist with inventory.
• Perform basic eyewear repairs and coordinate with laboratories.
