Responsibilities

• Schedules medical appointments and procedures across the campus for physicians, facilities, and services.
• Coordinates patient flow and reschedules as needed to maximize access and efficiency.
• Provides patients with appointment details, instructions, and directions; responds to questions within guidelines.
