Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records vital signs and charts patient data.
• Monitors fluid intake/output and supports safe patient care.
• Performs blood draws following proper phlebotomy techniques.
• Provides direct patient care, including rounding and assisting with daily living activities.
