Ascension is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse at Saint Thomas Radiation Clinic in Nashville, TN to coordinate patient care in the Oncology department. You will follow physician orders and ensure smooth discharge planning while working closely with the care team.

The position requires TN RN licensure and a Diploma in Nursing with BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Oncology experience is preferred, and Ascension offers a supportive, faith-based work environment.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Registered Nurse credentialed by the Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the health care team.
