Job summary

Working Nurses Healthcare, llc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy, assess mobility and daily living needs, and create customized plans to help patients regain independence.

You will collaborate with other health professionals, educate patients and families on lifestyle adjustments, and maintain detailed progress records across multiple cases with a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Positive and compassionate demeanor with patients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress
