Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Education program.
• Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures as evidence for improvement.
• Identify need for referral to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel per state requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to provide quality care to residents.
