Job summary

Olde Main Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in a full-time role in Philadelphia. You will implement therapy plans under the supervision of an OT and work with a multidisciplinary team to help residents regain independence.

Qualifications include graduating from an accredited OTA program, an active OTA license in the state, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OTA program accredited by AOTA/AMA.
• Minimum of one year of OTA experience preferred.
• Current OTA license in the practicing state required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement OTA treatment plans under supervision.
• Assist with resident evaluations and progress reporting.
• Guide residents through self-care and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Modify interventions based on progress and orders.
• Educate residents and families on goals and home programs.
• Maintain clinical documentation and communicate progress.
