TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across home health and the continuum of care. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to achieve goals.

Eligible applicants hold Tennessee OT licensure, an accredited OT degree, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Tennessee OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the life span and assess data for age-specific needs.
• Collaborate with the health care team across the continuum to adjust care.
• Assess patients/families' ability to learn and incorporate teaching for discharge.
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care while upholding patient rights and dignity.
