Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans and as directed by supervisors.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and other activities; follow authorized recording abbreviations.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and promptly report any disclosures.
• Assist with transfers, daily living activities, meals, hygiene and mobility as needed, ensuring comfort and safety.
